Dependance Villa Lovorka is situated in quiet surroundings, encircled by pine and bay trees and thanks to its proximity to the beach it is suitable for families holidaying with children.

The Villa offers 73 accommodation units:

* 47 standard double rooms to which an extra bed can be added (only for children up to 12 years of age)
* 12 hotel apartments – suites with a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a fold-out sofa and a hall
* 14 hotel apartments – suites with a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a fold-out sofa, hall as well as a balcony or a terrace

All rooms were renovated in 2002 and 2003; they are fully air-conditioned (the air–conditioning is connected to a central system, but each room can be individually regulated). The rooms are equipped with a TV/SAT, refrigerator, direct telephone line, hairdryer, and have a park view.

All services that are included in the boarding, as well as other services for the guests accommodated in the Villa Lovorka Annex are provided in the main Dražica building.
